Key attention for qualified printing sleeve rollers:
1) Concentricity and total run-out: precision grinding is a must to have a good result <=0.05mm (up to 6,000 mm length) for both steel roller and rubber covered roller.
2) Static/Dynamic balancing is also helpful for keeping good run-out.
