We could provide stainless steel rollers(S.S. Roller/Stainless Steel Cylinder) made out of Austenitic stainless steel such as 304L and 316L, Duplex stainless steel such as 2205, 904L, Super Austenitic-Steel – depends on where the roller is used.
●Capacity: Max.1,800 mm in the diameter and 12,000 mm in the length.
●Regular Roller Finish: Mill finish, pickled & passivated, Brushed finish and Bead blast finish, etc.
●Application Fields: Textile machine, chemical industry, filter of sodium carbonate, converting machine, conveyors, packaging, dyeing machinery, etc.
●Inspection: We will provide inspection report for every stainless steel roller.
●Packaging: Well-designed packaging is also very important for precision stainless steel guide rollers, otherwise rollers may be damaged in the loading/unloading process and transportation.
