Today the topic of staff training is quality. Futian Roller pays great attention to quality all the time. Recently the project of logistics conveyor roller pulleys of a Netherlands customer is successfully delivered. This customer is a leading provider of intelligent material handling systems and needs high precision cnc machined conveyor rollers, including idler rollers, conveyor pulley, drive pulley, tension roller, drive drum, etc.

Based on the quality issues happened during this project, we analyze the causes through Fishbone Diagram and 5WHY Analysis Report, which help us to find the root cause and take the corresponding actions. Futian Roller believes quality is everyone's responsibility and quality is a habit.
